Having recently completed the ECB Core Coach qualification with the Derbyshire Cricket Foundation, Rhiannon gives us some insight into her thoughts and feelings as she approached Day 1, how she felt once the course got underway, what she felt after the course had ended, plus reflects on some of the key learning that she took away from the course.
Rhiannon makes some interesting comments on the benefits of female and male coaches learning together and with Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire both offering mixed and Female only courses there has never been a better time to become a qualified ECB coach inspiring the next generation of female players.
