Although this year has been different to previous years, volunteers have worked even harder than normal to support their clubs and communities during these difficult times. We want to celebrate these people!
We will be running a series on our website and social media channels to celebrate those people within Derbyshire that have gone above and beyond to support their clubs and communities this year.
So, we are asking you to nominate these people using the form provided below. There is no limit to the number of people you can nominate, however not all will be selected and featured this time around. Please provide as much information as you can to help make your nominee stand out from the others and help in the selection process.
The nomination process will close on Monday 30th November at 9 pm. You won’t be able to nominate people for this year’s Heroes after this time.
