I have a 25+ year career working in Industry in Humans Resources roles.

Why did you become a Trustee?

I am involved in recreational cricket through my local cricket club, and wanted to draw on my insight from that and my professional experience to support the important work the DCF do in engaging people and communities across Derbyshire through cricket.

How do you believe that you can help the Derbyshire Cricket Foundation to achieve its aims and objectives?

By providing both challenge and support to the DCF management team to ensure that the resources available to the organisation are deployed most effectively to increase participation, and provide a positive experience through cricket. I am also the Trustee responsible for overseeing Safeguarding and for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, which are both key to ensuring cricket is an enjoyable game for everybody.
